Giving Directions:

It’s this way…. (এই পথে যান)

It’s that way...  (ঐ পথে যান)

You’re going the wrong way. (আপনি ভুল পথে যাচ্ছেন)

You’re going the wrong direction. (আপনি ভুল পথে যাচ্ছেন)

Take this road. ….   (এই পথে যান)

Go down there.... (সেখানে নিচে যান)

Take the first on the left. (প্রথমে বামে যান)

Take the second on the right.  (তারপর দানে যান)

Turn right at the crossroads.   (আড়াআড়ি পথে দানে যান)

Continue straight ahead for about a mile/500 meters .  (সোজাসুজি আরও এক মাইল /৫০০ মিঃ যান)

Continue past the fire station.    (fire station পাশ দিয়ে যেতে থাকেন)

You’ll pass a supermarket on your left.  (আপনার বামে একটি supermarket অতিক্রম করবেন)

Keep going for another…. 100 yards/meters /half mile.  (আরও ১০০ মিঃ যেতে থাকেন)

It’ll be …..  on your right/on your left/straight ahead of you  (এটা আপনার দানে/বামে/সামনে থাকবে)

11. Excellent English grammar is importance because-

Ø You will quickly understand what people are saying

Ø You will quickly find the correct form of what you want to say

Ø You can concentrate on pronunciation and fluency

22.  Improve your vocabulary-

Ø Use a good dictionary.

Ø Create an image of that word.

Ø Make at least two sentences of that word.

33.  Improve your listening skills-

Ø If you improve your listening, you will speak more fluently.

Ø Watch English listening videos.

Ø Listen and record your voice if possible.

Ø Listen to your pronunciation and compare it.

Ø Listen to English radio, watch English  TV channel.
